2 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA,
REZONING PROPERTY ON APPLICATION NO. Z. C.
--- 5 70-221 OF ANDREWS DEVELOPMENT COMPANY.
4 The City of 'TustiD, California, does hereby ordain as
6 follows: st
6 1. The City CounCil finds and determines:
V a) That a proper application (No. Z. C. 70-221) wa,
filed on behalf of ANDREWS DEVELOPMENT COMPANY
8 to fezone the property described in Exhibit A
attached hereto and incorporated herein by this
9 re ferenc~~.
10 b) That after public hearing duly called, noticed
and held, the Planning Commission recommended
11 said rezo~ing.
12 c) That the City Council duly called, noticed and
held a public hearing on said application.
13 d) That said property should be rezoned.

15 2. The subject property is hereby rezoned from the E
16 tO the PR and PC (R-l) districts, subject to the following conditi~ s
17 a) Approval Of a Use permit for specific developmen~
plans limiting height of single-family residence~
18 to one-story structures o
19 b) Filing and approval of a subdivision map.
-20 PASSED AND ADOPTEp at a regular meeting of the City
21 Council of the City of Tustin, California, held on the .7th day of December , 1970.

Exhibit A
All that certain land situated in the State of California, County
of Orange, City of Tustin, described as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast corner df the land described in deed to
the Tustin School District of Orange County, recorded November 10,
1959 in Book 4966 page 521 of OffiCial records of said Orange County;
thence Southerly along the Easterly line of sa~d land of the Tustin
School District 6f Orange County t~ the centerline of Fourth Street
as described in deed to the County !of Orange, recorded February 5,
19621in Book 5998, page 584 of said~Official Records; thence Easterly
along said last mentioned centerli~e to the Easterly line of the
first tract allotted to Teodocia Y6rba by decree in the partition of
the Rancho Santiago de Santa Ana, ~n the suit of Abel Stearns and
others vs. Leonardo Cota and otherS; thence Northerly along said
last!mentioned Easterly line to the Southeast corner of Tract No.
4171~ as shown on a Map recorded i~ Book 150, pages 20 and 21 of °
Miscellaneous Maps, records of said~ Orange County; thence Westerly
along the Southerly line of said T~ct No. 4171 to the point of
beginning.

reading and duly passed and adopted"at a regular meeting held on the 7th day of December , 19 70 f by the following vote:
