2 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA,
PREZONING PROPERTY ON APPLICATION NO. PZ 70-122
3 OF R. T. FRENCH DEVELOPMENT COMPANY ON BEHALF OF
HARRIET O. ENDERLE
5 The City of Tustin, California, does hereby ordain as
6 follows:
7 1. The City Council finds and determines:
8 a) That a proper application, (No. PZ 7g-!22)
was filed on behalf of R. T. FRENCH DEVELOP-
9 MENT COMPANY on behalf of HARRIET O. ENDERLE,
for prezoning the property described in
10 Exhibit A attached hereto.
I! b) That after public hearing du!v called, noticed
and held, the Planning CommisSion made its
i2 recommendations on said application.
13 c) That the City Council has du!v called, noticed
and held a public hearing on said application.
2. The City Council hereby prezones the subject

property from the Orange County AC-PA (Architectural Supervision
17 Professional and Administrative Office) and AC-CN (Architectural
Supervision Comlercial Neighborhood) Districts to the City of

19 Tustin PC (Planned Community) District, with precise development
plans subject to'a use permit.
