ORDINANCE NO. 487
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA
REZONING PROPERTY ON APPLICATION NO. Z.C. 70-220
OF R. T. FRANCH DEVELOPMENT COMPANY ON BEHALF OF
HARRIET O. ENDERLE
The City of Tustin, California, does hereby ordain as
follows:

2; page 14, of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California.
Excepting therefrom: that portion of said Lot 3 lying westerly of the easterly
right-of-way line of Yorba Street as rea!igned.
Parcel 2 Lot 4 of the Vicente Yorba tract, as shown on a map recorded in bcok
2, page 14~ of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California.
Excepting therefrom: that portion of said Lot 4 lying within the right-of-way
of Yorba Street.
Also excepting therefrom: that portion of said Lot 4 lying southerly of the
northerly boundary of Tract No. 4237 Miscellaneous Mapst book 187, pages 28
