The City Council finds and' determines: a) Th'at a proper applidation (No. Z.C. 70~2!9) was filed on behalf of R. T. FREXCi~ DEVELOPZ4ENT' COM- PANY on behalf of t-LARRIET O~ ENDERLE, for rezonin=i of ~he property described in Exhibit A attached beret0- , b) That after public hearing.' duly called, noticed and.held hhe planning Commission made its recom- mendations on said application-- c) That th~ City Council hae duly ca.!led~ noticed an~ held a public hearing on said application' 2.
