ORDINANCE NO. 483
AN ORD!NANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, REZONING
PROPERTY ON APPLICATION NO. ZC 70-218 OF R. B. HORNE
The City Council ,of the City of Tustin, California, does here~y
as follows:
i. The City Council finds and detemines:
a) That an application (ZC 70-218) for rezoning was filed
by R. B. HORNE on behalf of G.L.A. DEVELOPKENT CO.,
for rezoning of the proper~y described in Exhibi~ A
an-cached hereto.
b) That after p~lic hearing duly cal!ed~ noticed and held
the Planning Commission reco~ended denial of said zOhe
change.
c) That the City Council duly cai. led~ noticed and held a
public hearing on said application.
d) That the s~ject proper~y should be rezoned as herein-
after provided.
2. The subject property is hereby rezoned from zhe R-3 (i750)
Multiple Family District t0 the C-1 Retail Commercial District, s'~jec: no the
following conditions:
a) Granting of a ten-foot additional right of way on Walnut'
Avenue and a standard corner "cutoff".
b) installation of curb and gutter and s~ree~ pavemenn along
both frontages, or streeE improvements, other than in
front of the developed areas, may be made within i8 :.antks,
provided an agreement and bond therefor are provided ~o
the satisfaction of the City Attorney.
c) installation of street lighting along both frontages.
d) Completion of satisfactory arrangemenus with the HeZrs-
potitan Water bistrict for any relocation of their
facilities necessary to. permit construction of ~he stree~
improvement s.
e) Completion of satisfactory arrangemen-cs wi-ch the Santa Aria
Valley irrigation Company for any relocation of irriga~mon
facilities necessary to permit construction of stree~
improvements.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of Ehe City Council
