~ AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA,
REZONING PROPERTY OF WILLIAM W. ZINK, JR. ON
3 APPLICATION NO. Z. C. 70-217.
4 The City Council of the City of Tustin, California, d~s
5 hereby ordain as follows:
6 !. Th~ City Council finds and determines:
7 a) That an application (Z. C~ 70-2!7) for rezoning
was ~iled by WILLI~ W. ZINK, JR. for rezoning
8 of the property described in Exhibit A attached
hereto.

b) That after public hearing duly called~ noticed
i0 and held the Planning Co~]Ission recom~ended.~aD_
proval o~ said zone change. '

c) That the City Co~ci! duly called, noticed and
i~ h held a p~lic hea~ing on said application.-

hereinafter provided.

18 ~ a) Compliance with requirements recomnended by City
!9 ~ Engineer and Fire Chief.
b) Review and final approval of development plans by

~I c) The plans and renderings presented at and prior to
the hearing be deemed a part o~ the application.
d) That at-least two parking spaces be provided on the
~ site for each dwelling unit.
