REZONING PROPERTY ON APPLICATION NO. Z. C.

FRANARGOFIN.
$ The City' of Tustin, California, does hereby ordain as

V 1. The City Council finds and determines:
8 .......... a) That proper application (No. Z.C. 70-214) was

9 F~ARGOFIN for rezoning of the property describe
i0 in Exhibit A attached hereto, from C-i to C-2.
!i b) That after public hearing duly called, noticed,
and held the Planning Commission recommended
