AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING
THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN RELATIVE TO
SWIMMING POOLS.
Zi The City of Tustin, CalifOrnia, does hereby ordain as follows:
5 1. Section 5.16 of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Tusthn
6 is hereby amended to read as follows:
7 Swimming pools in "R" Districts shall not be located
closer than five (5) feet to any side or rear lot line
8 nor in any portion of a lot not permitted to construct
an enclosing wall or fence smx feet, eight inches (6'8")
9 in height as specified.in 'the District regulations.
i0 Filter and heating systems for such pools shall not be
located closer than thirty (30) feet to any dw.e!ling
t! other than the owner's.
i2, PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of
t3i the City of Tustin, California, he'ld on the 17th day of August, 1970. 1970.

and was given its second reading and duly passed and adopted at a
regular meeting held on the 17th day of August , 19 70 ,
