AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA,
~ AMENDING THE TUSTIN CITY CODE RELATIVE TO THE
MASTER ARTERIAL PLAN

The City Council of the City of Tustin does hereby
6 ordain as follows:
7 Section 17-1 of the Tustin City Code is here~y amended
8 to read as follows:
9 17-1 Adoption of Master Arterial Plan
10 The Master Arterial Plan for the County of Orange,
adopted by the Board of Supervisors on May 31, 1956,
11 with amendments thereto to June 13, 1970, consisting
of the general location and extent of existing and
12 proposed major thoroughfares, is approved and adopted
by the City Council, made a part of this Code and a
13 part of the Tustin Area General Plan, with the same
effect as though fully set forth in this Section,
14 insofar as the City of Tustin and is in the Tustin
Area General Plan.
The City Council hereby finds and determines
16 that the enactment of this Ordinance as an emergency
urgency measure is required for the preservation Of
17 public health and welfare, and this Ordinance' shall
go into effect immediately upon adoption.

PASSED AND ADOPTED as an.urgency measure at a
19 regular meeting of the City Council, held on the
20 15th day of June , 1970.
