2 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA,
AMENDING THE TUSTIN CITY CODE TO REGULATE
~ MOTOR VEHICLES ON PRIVATE PROPERTY.

5 The City of Tustin, California, does hereby ordain as
6 follows:
V 1'. Section 15-7 of the Tustin City Code is hereby
8 amended by the addition thereto of subsections (s) and (t) to
9 read as follows:
10 (s) the operation within three hundred feet (300') of
any residence of any motorcycle, trail bike, minibike,
11 dune buggy, motor scooter, jeep or other motor driven
· ' vehicle'~'.other than a vehicle being used in agricultural
12 or construction operations, on any vacant lot, railroad
right-of-way, vacant property or acreage or upon any
15 portion of private property other than a driveway or
road constructed as a part of improvements regularly
14 constructed under a building permit duly issued by City.
15 (t) the operation of any motorcycle, bike, minibike,
dune buggy, motor scooter, jeep or any other motor
16 driven vehicle on any public or private property within
the City, in a manner so as to be reasonably likely to
17 disturb the peace or quiet of any neighborhood or person
by noise, .dust, smoke or fumes.

Council of the City of Tustin, California, held on the 15th day of June, 1970.
