AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA,
AMENDING THE TUSTIN CITY CODE TO PROVIDE THAT
THE PLANNING COMMISSION SHALL HAVE FIVE MEMBERS.

5 The City Council of-.the City of' Tustin, California,
6 hereby ordains as follows:
7 ~ection 2-10 of~ the Tustin City Code'is hereby amended
8 to read as follows:
9 Section 2-10'C0mposition; Vote
10 The Planning ICommission shall consist of five (5)
11 members, appointed?by the City Council, each of whom
12 shall have one (1) vote in all matters to be determined.
!3 PASSED. AND ADOPTED=. at a regular meeting of the City
14 Council held June 1, 1970.

of the City of Tustin, California, does hereby certify that the
whole number of members of the City 'Council of the City of Tustin
is five; that the above and foregoing Ordinance No. 466 was
duly and regularly introduced and read at a regular meeting of
the City Council held on the 18th day of May , 1970 ,
and was given its second reading and duly passed and adopted at a
regular meeting held on the 1st day of June , 1970 ,
