Z AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA,
CHANGING ZONE ON ZONE CHANGE PROCEEDINGS NO.
S Z.C. 70-209.
4 The City Council of the City of Tustin, California, do
5 hereby ordain as follows:
6 1, The City Council finds and determines:
? a) That proper zone change proceedings were duly in-
itiated by the Planning Commission of the City of
8 Tustin for rezoning of the property described in
Exhibit A attached hereto.

b) That after public hearing duly called,, noticed
10 and held. the Planning Commission recommended re-
zoning of the subject property.

12 2. The subject property is hereby rezoned from the "U"
13 (Unclassified) District to:
14 a) The northerly 149 feet of the subject parcel to t~,
PC-C-1 Planned Community, Retail Commercial, dis-
15 trict, excluding service stations and drive-in
facilities with development subject to use and
16 development standards approved by the Planning
Commission and City Council.

b) The remaining southerly 470+ feet to the PC-C-2,
18 Planned Community, Central C'ommercial, district,
with development subject to. a Use Permit and plan
19 review by the Planning Commission.
20 PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting Of the City
21 Council of the City of Tustin, California, held on the 15th day of June, 1970. , 1970.
