..The City Council of the City of Tustin, California,
5 "does hereby ordain as-follows:
1. The~City Council finds and determines:
a) That p~.oper zone change proceedings were
8 -duly intiated by the Planning Commission
of the City of Tustin for rezoning of the
9 property described in Exhibit A attached
hereto.

b) That after public hearing duly called,
11 noticed and held the Planning Commission
recommended rezoning of the subject property.

2. The subject property is hereby rezoned from'the
!~U"~(Unclassified) DiStri,ct~to' the PC-R-3-1750 (Planned Community-

Multiple Residential - 1750 sq. ft. per dwelling unit) district.
