1 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA,
CHANGING ZONES ON ZONE CHANGE PROCEEDINGS NO.
Z Z.C. 70-202 THROUGH Z.C. 70-204 AND Z.C. 70-206
THROUGH Z.C. 70-208
The City Council of the City of Tustin, California,
does hereby ordain as follows:'

1. The City Council finds and determines:
a) That proper zone change proceedings were duly
~ initiated by the Planning Commission of the City
of Tustin, for rezoning of the properties de-
8 scriDed in Exhibit "A" attached hereto.
9 b) That after public hearing duly called, noticed
and held the Planning Commission recommended
10 rezoning of the subject properties.
11 2. The subject properties are hereby rezoned to the
lZ zones as hereinafter set forth and the Zoning Map of the City of
13 Tustin amended accordingly.
