2 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA,
PREZONING PROPERTY ON APPLICATION NO. P.Z. 69-121
3 OF WILLIAMS AND CLEGG, ON BEHALF OF ASSEMBLIES
OF GOD.
5 The City of Tustin .does hereby ordain as follows:
6 1. The City Council finds and determines:
7 a) That a proper application (P.Z. 69-121) was filed
by WILLIAMS and CLEGG, on behalf of ASSEMBLIES OF
8 GOD, for prezoning of property described in Ex-
hibit A attached hereto to the R-3 (1500) (Multiple
9 Family Residential - 1500 square feet per dwelling
un i t ) Zone.

11 b) That after a public hearing duly called, noticed
and held, the Planning Commission recommended
-', approval of prezoning.':.; .... "." ·

c) That the City Council has duly called, noticed
13 and held'=a public hearing on said prezoning
14 .... d) That said property should be prezoned to ;the R. 3
(1900) (Multiple :Family Residential - 190'0 square
15 feet per dwelling unit) Zone.
'-- 18 2. The subject property is hereby prezoned to the PC-R-3
17 (1750) ~lanned Community - 1750 square feet per dwelling unit) Zone
18 with a maximum of forty-five (45) units, and subject to compliance
19 with all of the staff recommendations ef'fective upon completion of
20 the proceedings for annexation of said property to the City of
Tustin.
22 PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council
23 of the City of Tustin, California, held on the 16th day of March 1970. '

All that certain land situated in the State of California, County of
Orange, described as follows:
That portion of the Southeasterly half of the Southeasterly half of Lot '
36, in Block 11 of Irvine's Subdivision, as shown on a Map recorded in
Book 1, Page 88 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, 'California,
described as follows:
Beginning at the most Northerly corner of Tract No. 5997, as shown on a
Map recorded in Book 226, Pages 40 and 41 of Miscellaneous Maps, records
of Orange C6unty, California, said corner lying in the Northwesterly
line of said Southeasterly half of the Southeasterly.half; thence South
49° 40' 58" East along the Northeasterly line of said Tract No. 5997
and the Southeasterly prolongation 300.22 feet to a point in a line
parallel with and ~distant Northwesterly 30.00 feet measured at right
angles from the Southeasterly-"line of said Lot 36 in Block 11; thence
North 40° 21' 29" East along said'parallel line 284.16 feet; thence
North 49° 41' 37" West 300.23' feet to a point in said Northwesterly line
of said Southeasterly half of the Southeasterly half of Lot 36 in Block
11; thence South 40o 21' 22" West ~long said Northwesterly line 284.11
feet to the point of beginning.
