2 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA,
REZONING PROPERTY ON. APPLICATION NO. Z.C. 69-200
5 OF ROBERT HALL ON BEHALF OF WILFRED TAYLOR.
4 The City of Tustin, CalifOrnia, does hereby ordain as
5 follows:
6 1. The City Council of the City of Tustin, -California,
7 finds and.determines:
8 a) That a proper application (No. Z.C. 69-200) has
been. filed by ROBERT HALL on behalf of WILFRED
TAYLOR for rezoning of the property described in
9 Exhibit A attached hereto.
10 b) That after public hearing duly called, noticed
11 and held the Planning Commission of the City of
Tustin duly+ recommended that said property be
12 rezoned.
13 c) That the City Council duly called, noticed and
held a public hearing on said application.
14 d) That said property should be rezoned.

16 2. The subject property is hereby rezoned from the R-]
17 (Single Family Residential) district to the PC (Planned Community;.
18 district subject to the following conditions:
19 a) Development in accordance with the. specific plans
onrfile.

b) Installation of under~ground street lighting con-
21 duit and street lighting as specified by the City
Engineer.

c) Planting of street trees in accordance with the
25 Master Street ~ee Plan.
24 d) Construction of sidewalk and drive approaches.
25 PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
26 Council of the City of Tustin, California, held on the 16th day o f M a r c h , 1970
