AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE TUSTIN CITY CODE
RELATIVE TO CURFEWS
4 The City Icouncil of the city .of Tustin, C~lifornia, does
'5 hereby ordain as follows:
6 Section 1: Section -15-2 is hereby amended to read as
V follows:
8 15-2 ' -
9 a) Every person under 18 years of age who loafs or
10 loiters about public places between the hours of 10=00
11 'P.M. and 'sunrise .the following day, when not accom-
12 panled by his parent or .legal guardian or by his .spouse
13 over 21 years, i's guilty of a misdemeanor.
14 b) Every person having the custody of any person under
15 18 years who knowingly aids Or encourages a person
16 under 18 years to violate Section 15-2 of this Code is
17 guilty of a misdemeanor.

19 Section 2: Section 15-3 is hereby repealed.

22 Council of the City of Tustin, California, held on the 15th day of December, 1969.
