Z AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA,
AMENDING THE TUSTIN CITY CODE RELATIVE TO CON-
5 STRUCTION AND REPAIR OF BUILDINGS, AND NOISE.

5 The City Council of the City of Tustin does hereby orda
6 as follows:
? 1, Section 15-7 (j) of the Tustin City Code is hereby
8 amended to read as follows:
9 _(j ) Construction or repairin~ of buildings
10 The erection, excavation for, demolition, altera.
tion or repair of any building, other than between the
11 hours of 7:00 A,M.. and 6:00 P.M., Monday through Friday
(Other than holidays), and other than between the hours
lZ of 8:00 A.M.! and 6:00 P.M., on Saturdays, except in cas~
of' urgent necessity in the interests of public health
13 safety, and~ then only with a permit from the Building
Inspector which permit may be granted for a period noz
14 exceed three (3) days, or less, while the emergency con-
tinues and which permit may be renewed for periods of
15 three (3-) days or less' while the emergency continues.
the Building Inspector should determine that the public
16 health and safety will not be impai'red by the erection,
demolition, alteration or repair of any building, or th~
1~ excavation of any streets or highways within any other
hours, and if he shall further determine that loss or
18 inconvenience would result to any party in interest, he
may grant permission for any such work to be done at
19 such other times, upon application being made for a per-
mit at the time the work is awarded or during the pro-
20
gress of the work. The restrictions of this Section
shall not apply to work performed by a person on pro-
~i petty upon which he is a resident, nor to repair work
22 by an owner or tenant.
23 2.. Section 15-7 (o) of the Tustin City Code is hereby
24 amended to read as follows:
