2 :' ' AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA
AMENDING THE TRAFFIC ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF
3 TUSTIN RELATIVE TO PEDESTRIANS.

5 The City Council of the City of Tustin, California, does
6 hereby ordain as follows:
7 'Section 3409.2 is hereby added to the Uniform Traffic
8 Ordinance of the City of Tustin, to read as follows:
9 Section 3409.2 Pedestrians in Street.
10 No person shall stand, walk or otherwise be in any road-
way, except:

a) When crossing 'a roadway in a reasonable, direct mann
1Z and not in interference with any vehicle; or
13 b) While entering or leaving, in a reasonable and direc
manner, a vehicle properly parked in a roadway.

This Section shall not apply to any public officer or
15 employee, or employee of a public utility when necessari
--- -in a roadway, in the line of duty.

17 PASSED AND ADOPTED at'a regular meeting of the City
18 Council, held. on the 3rd day of November, 1969.
