Z AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA,
AMENDING THE REAL PROPERTY TRANSFER TAX ORDINANCE

5 The City Council of the City of Tustin hereby ordains
6 as follows:
7 Section 5 of the Real Property Transfer Tax Ordinance
8 of the City of Tustin is hereby amended to read as follows:

10 Section 5. Any d~ed, instrument or writing to which the
11 United States or any agency or instrumentality thereof,
any state or territory, or political subdivision thereof,
is a party shall be exempt from the tax imposed pursuant
12 to this Article when the exempt agency is acquiring title
14 PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
15 Council of the City of Tustin, California held on the 3rd day of , .November, 1969.
