~ · AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA,
ABOLISHING THE STATE PURPOSE TAX FUND
4 The City of Tustin does hereby+ ordain as follows:
5 WHEREAS applicable State Statutes heretofore in force
6 required segregation of certain motor vehicle license fees and
8 cigarette taxes into a separate fund for limited use in specified
~ types of projects; and
9 WHEREAS the requirement of' segregation of such monies has
10 now been repealed.
11 The City of Tustin does hereby abolish the State Purpose
1Z Tax Fund, and direct~ that all such funds be placed in the General
