AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TUSTIN, REZONING PROPERTY ON APPLICATION NO. Z.C..
69-193, INITIATED BY THE PIANNING COMMISSION.
4 The City.Council of the City ,of Tustin, California, does
5 hereby ordain as follows:
6 1. The City Council finds and detemines:
~ a) That' proper zoning change .proceedings (No. Z.C.
69-193) were duly initiated by the .Planning Com-
B mission of the City. of Tustin for rezoning from
the U (Unclassified) District to the R-3 (].700),
9 (Multiple Family Residential, 1,700 square feet of
lot area per dwelling unit) District of the pro-
10 perry described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto.
1I b) ~at after a public hearing duly called, noticed
and held, the. Planning Commission recon~ended
1~ approval of'said zone change.
~ 13 c} ~at the City:Council duly called,. noticed and hel~
a public hearing on said zone change proceeding.

LEGAL DESCRIPTION
The land referred to in this report is in the state of California, county of Orange.
The East 10 acres of that portion of Lot I of Stafford and Tustin Tract,
in the City of Tustin, County of Orange, State of California, as shown
on a map thereof recorded in book 2, pages 618 and 619 of Miscellaneous
Records of Los Angeles County, California, described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest Uorner of ~aid Lot IF thence, along the West
line thereof, South 67~25 rods to the Northerly line of lap~ formerly
owned by Ed Abbott~ thence, East 48 rods~ thence, North 67.25 rods to the
Northerly line of said Lot I; thence, along said NOrtherly line, West.48
rods to the beginning.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM that portion-thereof conveyed to the Orange County
Flood Control District,. a body corporate and politic, by deed recorded
