~ AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF TlfE CITY OF
TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE ANNEXATION OF
-5 CERTAIN UNINHABITED TERRITORY, DESIGNATED "RED HILL
AVENUE - MITCHELL AVENUE NORTH ANNEXATION" TO THE
4 CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA

BE IT' ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN
6 WHEREAS, on 17th day of March, 1969, the Council of
7 the City of Tustin did pass and adopt ResOlution No. 960 giving
8 notice of' the proposal to a.nnex~certain uninhabited territory to the
9 City of Tustin, said territory being therein designated as '~,ED HILL
10 'AVENUE - MITCHELL AVENUE NORTH ANNEXATION" said ReSolution describing
11 the boundaries of the territory proposed to be annexed; and
19 ~WHEREAS, said Resolution contained a notice of the day,
15 hour and place wh&n and where the .Council of the City. of Tustin would
14 hear protests made by any perSOn owning real property within' the
15 territory proposed to be annexed, the time of said bearin~ being
16 prescribed by law; and
17 WHEREAS, on the 5th day of May, 1969 at the hour of
18 7:30 O'clock, P.M., in the' Council Chambers, 275 South "C" Street in the
19 City of Tustin, County of Orange, State of California, said time and
20 place being the day, hour and place fixed in said Resolution for hearing
21
protests to the said annexation, the said City Council did hear and pass
upon all protests made to the proposed annexation and did determine that
protests had not been made by the owners of one-half of the value of the
24
privately and publicly owned~ territory proposed to be annexed as determined
25
by said legislative body; and
26 W~EREAS, said territory is contiguous to the city of
P, 7 Tustin, and is uninhabited territory in the County of Orange;
28 NOW, THEREFORE, ~he said Council of the City of Tustin
29
does hereby approve the annexation of the territory hereinafter described
30
to the City of Tustin, and does hereby further' ordain that said territory
be and it is hereby annexed to the City of Tustin, effective September 1,
1969.

~ City of Tustin is hereby approved, is .all the territory situate in the
~ County of Orange, State of California, more particularly described in
4 Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof,by this reference.
5 PASSED AND ADOPTED at a 'regular meeting of the City
