AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN,
. ~ CALIFORNIA, REZONING PROPERTY OF
THOMAS BERNATZ ON APPLICATION NO.
4 Z.C. 69-192.
The City Council of the City o.f Tustin,
California, does ordain as follows:
1. The City Council finds and determines:
a) That a proper application (No. Z.C. 69-192)
9 was filed on behalf of THOE.~S BERNATZ to
rezone from C-1 (Retail Commercial) to the
10' C-2 (Central Commercial) district the propert2
.described in Exhibit A attached hereto.

1Z b) That after public hearing duly called, notice~
and held, the Planning Commission duly recom-
mended./approval of said zone change.
14 c) That the City Council duly called, noticed
-and held a public hearing on said application
15 d) That said property should'be rezoned.
16 2. Subject property is hereby-rezoned to the C-2
17 (Central Commercial) district.
