REZONING PROPERTY OF BROOMELL, ON APPLICATION
5 NO. Z.C. 68-188
4 ~ne City Council of the City of Tustin, Ca'tifornia,
5 does ordain as follows:
6 1, The City Council finds and determines as follows:
7 a) That a proper application (No. Z.C. 68-188) wa
filed on behalf of BROObLELL, for rezoning of
8 the property described in Exhibit A attached
hereto.

10 b) That the Planning Cormmission duly'made recom-
mendations on said application, after public
hearings regularly called, noticed and held.

c) That the 'City CounCil 'duiy called, noticed and
12 held a public hearing on said application.
i3 'd) That said property shall be rezoned.
14 2, The subject property is hereby rezoned:
15 Parcel 1 - to the PC - R-3 - 1900 Zone
16 Parcel 2 - to the PC - C-2 Zone
17 ~nd the Zoning Map of the City of Tustin is amended accordingly.
18 PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
