AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN. CALIFORNIA,
REZONING PROPERTY ON APPLICATION Z.C. 68-187
~"-- 4 The City Council of the City of. Tustin, California,
/' 5 does hereby ordain as follows: :
6 1. The City Council finds and determines:
7 a) That proper rezoning proceedings were duly
commenced by the City of Tustin, by Applica-
8 tion No. Z.C. 68-18Z, to rezone the property
described in Exhibit A attached hereto and
9 incorporated herein by this reference to the
R~3(1750) (Multiple Fatally Residential, 1750
10 square feet per dwelling unit) Zone.
11 b) That after public hearing duly called, noticed
and held, the Planning Commission recommended
12 said rezoning.
i3 c) That the City Council .duly called~ noticed and
held a public hearing on said application.

d) That said property should 'be rezoned.

~-~ 16 2. The subject property is hereby rezoned to the
17 R-3 (1750) (Multiple Family Residential, 17~0 square feet per dwet-
18 tin~ unit) Zone.
