~'~'~ AN ORDINANCE OF THE CTTY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA,
REZONING PROPERTY ON APPLICATION NO. 68-181
OF HALL
4 The City Council of the City of Tustin, California, does
5 hereby ordain as follows:
6 1o The City Council finds and ~.etermines:

7 a) That a proper application (No. Z.C. 68-181) was
filefl on behalf of F3~-LL for rezoning of the pro-
i 8: perry described in Exhibit A attac~ed hereto and
incorporated herein bY this reference, from the
9 C-1 Zone to the R-3 (1500) Zone;
10 b) That the Planning Commission duly called, noticed
and held a public 'hearing on said application,
11 and recommended s=ni~ rezoning;
12 c) That the City Council duly called, noticed and
i3 helS. a public hearing on said D. pplication;
· d) That said property should be rezoned, from t~e
.-~. 14 C-1 Zone to the R-3(1500) Zone.
15 2. The subject property is hereby rezoned from the C-1
16 Zone to the R-3(1500) Zone, and the Zone Map of the City of Tustin
1~ is hereby amended accordingly, subject to the following conditions
18 a) That the property o~;ner grant street easements
and construct D~b!ic Imorovements thereon, to the
19 satisfaction of the City Engineer.
20 b) That the property o,;jner sub!nit for recordation
a parcel map creating separate parcels to raatch
21 the ne~9 zone boundary lines.
~2 c) That the subject property be developed with not
less than two parking spaces per dwelling unit,
~5 with at least one of the parking spaces per each
unit being covereel..

1968, and was given its second reading and duly passed and adopted
at a regular meeting held on the 18th day of Nove~er
