~" Z AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA,
REZONING PROPERTY ON APPLICATION NO. Z.C. 68-186
5 G.L.A.
4 The City Council of the City of Tustin, California does
5 ordain as follows:
6 1. The City Council finds ~nd determines:
7 a) That rezoning proceedings were regularly
con~nenced to rezone property of G.L.A. on
8 application No. Z.C. 68~186 from the R-3
to the C-1 zone, said property being
9 described in Exhibit "A" attached here to
and incorporated herein by this reference.

b) That the Planning Commission regularly
11 called, noticed and-held a hearing on'-~aid
application and recommended said rezoning.

15 C) That said property should be rezoned.
~' 14 2. The subject property is hereby rezoned to the C-1
~ 15 (Retail Commercial) district, and the zoning map of the City of
16 Tustin is amended accordingly.
17 PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
18 Council of the City of ~stin, held on the 2nd day of December, 1968. ~ '

EXHIBIT "A"
Beginning at the Southwest corner of ~Lot 12 of the Tomes
Yorba Tract, as shown on a Map filed in Book 1, Page 33 of
Licensed Surveyor's Maps, records of said County; thence along
the Southerly line thereof, North 89° 46' 30" East 293.07 feet;
thence parallel with the Westerly line of said Lot, North 0°
12' 25" West 201.20 feet; thence parallel with the Southerly
line thereof, South 89° 46' 30" West 293.07 feet to said
Westerly line; thence along said last mentioned line, South
0° 12' 25" East 201.20 feet to the point of beginning.
· Excepting therefrom the Southerly 150' of said Lot 12.
