2 / AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN,
- CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE TUSTIN CITY CODE
RELATIVE TO THE LICENSE AND PERMIT BOARD
5 ~e City Council of the City of Tustin, California, does
6 ordain as follows:
V Section 2-78 of the Tustin City Code is hereby amended to
8 read as follows:
9 Section 2-78~ composition
10 ~e License and Permit Board shall consist of three
members, who shall be appointed by the City Council, and
11 shall serve at its pleasure. The City Council may appoint
a member as alternate to each regular member, Who shall -
12 attend at any t.%ma i,~hen a regular member is unable to
attet a me~eting of the Board.
