2 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALI-
FORNIA, REZONING PROPERTY ON APPLICATION
5 NO. Z.C. 68-173 OF SEIGEL
-5 The City Council of the City of Tustin, California,
6 does ordain as follows.-
7 1o The City Council finds and determines:
8 a) ~iat a proper Application (No~ ZoCo 68-173) was
filed on behalf of SIEGEL to fezone the property
9 described~ in Exhibit A attached hereto, and
incorporated herein by this reference, from R-4
10 (Suburb~n Residential) and U (Unclassified) to
the R-3 1600 (~4ultiple Residential - 1600 Dquare
11 feet of lot area per d~,,~elllng unit).
1~ b) 52ha:~ the Planning Commis~:~ion duly recomr~nen~ed
said rezoning, after public hearing duly called,
15 noticed and held.
1~ c) That the City Council .duly called, noticed and
15 held a public hearing on said application°
-16 d) '~hat said property should be rezoned to the
R-3-1600 (I~lultiple Residential, 1600 square fee
1V of lot area per dwelling unit).

Exhibit A
The following described property, situated in the City of Tus~in,
County of orange, State of California:
Parcel l:' Commencing at a point in the center of First Street,
935 feet East from the Southwest corner of the allotment No. 1
to Leonor Yorba de Rowland by final decree of partition of said
Rancho Santiago de Santa Ana rendered September 12, 1868, and
running. thence East along the center of First. Street 250 feet:
thence North 522.72 feet; thence West 250 feet; and thence
South 522.72 feet to the place of beginning.
Parcel 2: Commencing at ~ point in the center of First Street,
said point'being North 89 45' East 92?.60 feet from the South-.
west corner of the Allotment No. I to Leonor Yorba'de Rowland
by final decree of partition of Rancho Santiago de Santa Ana
rendered September 12, 1868; thence North 00° 03' West 522.72
feet; thence North 89° 45' East parallel to First Street 7.4
feet to the Northwest corner of land conveyed to W. S. Thomson
by Deed recorded January 12, 1924 in Book 506, page 59 of Deeds,
Records. of Orange County, California; thence South along the
West line of said land conveyed to W. S. Thomson 522.72 feet
to the center of First Street; thence South 89° 45' West 7.4
feet to the point of beginning.
