/ AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA,
1 / PREZONING PROPERTY ON APPLICATION NO. PZ 68-110

The City of Tustin, California, does ordain as follows:

1. The City Council finds and determines:
a) That a proper application (No. PZ 68-110) was filed

on behalf of Baler for t~rezoning the property described in Exhibit ',~,,
7
attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.

b) That after ·public hearing duly c'alled, noticed and
9
held, the Planning Commissio~ recommended said prezoning.

c) That said property should be Drezoned, Parcel A to
11
the C-2 (central commercial) and Parcel B to the R-3-1750 (multiple
residential 1750 square feet of 10t area per dwelling unit).
2. The s'ubje~t property is hereby prezoned to the C-2

(Parcel A) and R-3-1750 (Parcel B) zones and the zoning map of the City
15
of Tustin amended accordingly, subject to condition that the owner
irrevocably dedicate seven (7) feet of additional right of way for
17
Walnut Avenue in accordance with the Master Plan of Streets.

PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City council
19
of the-City of TuStin, Califbrnia, held on the 19th day of August, 1968.
