AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA,
REZONING PROPERTY OF FREDRICKS ON APPL!CATION
NO. Z..C. 68-179
4 The City Council of the City of Tustin, California,
5 does ordain as follows:
6 1) The City Council finds and determines:
~ a) That a proper application (No. Z.C. 68-179)
- was filed on behalf of FREDR!CKS, for
8 rezoning property described in Exhibit A
attached hereto and incorporated herein by
9' this reference.
10 b) That the Planning Commission recommended zone
change to R-3 (Multiple Family Residential)
11 after public hearing duly called, noticed
and he ld.
c) That said property should be rezoned.
14 2) The subject property is hereby rezoned to the R-3
15 (Multiple Family Residential) Zone, and the Zoning Map of the
'-16 City of Tustin is amended accordingly.
17 PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City

said map with the South line of Lot M of the said Stafford and Tustin

said South line of Lot M to a point 391.6 feet East of said centerline of
Tustin Avenue: Thence North parallel with said centerline of Tustin
Avenue, to a point in the North line of said Southwest quarter of Lot M;
