ORDINANCE NO. 413 .
~.~ AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN,
~ CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE TUSTIN CITY
CODE TO PRESCRIBE CITY HOLIDAYS.

The City Council of the City of Tustin, California, does
5 ordain as follows:

The Tustin City Code is hereby amended by the addition
thereto of Section 1-17, to provide as follows:
1-17 ~ Holidays:

The following are the holidays of'the City, and on these
10
days the public offices of the City shall be closed:
January 1 New Year's Day
1~ February 22 Washington's Birthday
May 30 Memorial Day
15 July 4 Independence Day.
1st Monday in Sept. Labor Day
1~ November 11 Veterans' Day
4th Thursday in Nov Thanksgiving Day
15 The day following the
4th Thursday in Nov. Day after Thanksgiving Day
~ 16 Afternoon of Dec. 24 Christmas Eve Afternoon
December 25 Christmas Day
17 Afternoon of Dec. 31 New Year's Eve AfternOon
18 When a holiday occurs on a Sunday,-the following Monday
19 will be observed. When'a holiday occurs on a Saturday, the
~0 preceding F~iday will'be observed.
