2 / AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA,
REZONING PROPERTY OF STUTSMAN ON APPLICATION
5 N0 Z.C. 68-177
· 5 The City Council of the City of Tustin, California, does
6 ordain as follows:
7 1) The City Council finds and determines:
8 a) That a proper application (No. ZC 68-177) was
" filed on behalf of STUTSMAN, for rezoning property
9 described in Exhibit A attached hereto and incor-
10 porated herein by this reference.
11 b) That the Planning Con%mission reco,~nended zone
change to R-3 (1750) (Multiple Family Residential)
· - 1~ after pub',lic hearing duly called, noticed and held
15 c) That said property should be rezoned.
14 2) The subject property is hereby rezoned to the R-3 (175
15 Multiple Family Residential) Zone, and the Zoning Map of the City of
' t' '16 Tustin is .amended accordingly.
17 PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regr~lar meeting of the City Counci
18 of the City of Tustin, CalifOrnia, held on the 5th day of_August, 1968.
