ORDINANCE NO. 410 :.-
~ AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA,
AMENDING THE TUSTIN CITY CODE RELATIVE TO
~' 3 SWIMMING POOL WASTE WATER.

5 The City Council of the City of Tustin, California, does
6 ordain as follows:

1. Section 6-7 of the Tustin City Code is hereby amended
8 by the. addition thereto of the folloQing:
9 a) In Appendix "G", Section G-2 is deleted in its
10 entirety, and in its place is added Section G-2
to read:

11 When a public sewer of adequate capacity is available
12 for use as specified in Chapter 11 of this code, all
swimming pool water and/or back wash shall be dis-
15 charged thereinto and a 3" vented trap (minimum size)
with an air gap shall be provided.

14 b) In Appendix G", Section G-3 is deleted in,its
"'~ 15 entirety..
16 PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council
17 of the City of Tustin, California, held on the 5th day of August, 1968.
