REZONING PROPERTY OF LUDWIG ON APPLICATION NO.
Z.C. 68-176

~ -5 The City Council of the City of Tustin, Callfornia~ does
- 6 ozdain as follows:
7 1. The City Council finds and dete~ines as follows:
8 a) That a proper application (No. Z.C. 68-176) was
filed on behalf of' Ludwig, for rezoning property
9 described in Exhibit A attached hereto and incor-
10 poreted herein by this reference.
11 b) That the Planning Commission after public hearing
duly called, noticed and held, recommended said
1B property to be rezoned.
15 2. The. subject property is hereby rezoned from the E-~,
1~ (Estate Residential) Zone to the R-3 (Multiple Family Residential)
3.5 Zone, and the zoning Map of ~he City of Tustin 'Is amended accordingl
· 16 subject to dedication of right of way and construction of street
~ 1V improvement and any necessary modification of irrigation facilities
~ 18 on the north end of Myrtle Avenue to the satisfaction of the City
19 Engineer.
20 PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Counci-
21 of the City. of ~stin, California, held on the 15th day of July 1968.
