.l AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA,
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 305, AS AMENDED, RELATIVE
~ TO SIGNS IN PLANNED COMMUNITY DISTRICTS.
~ The City .Council of the City of Tustin, California,
~ does o~dain as follows:
~-~ 5 Section t: Ordinance No. 305 is hereby amended by the
addition thereto of the following:

Section 37.50 ALLOWED SIGNS IN PLANNED COb~'iUNITY
V DISTRICTS
8 Section 37.51 Unless otherwise specified in the approves
plans or standards for a Planned Community District, as
9 provided in Ordinance No. 157, all regulations herein
shall apply to all developments in said District.

Section 37.52 In Planned COmmunity Districts, where no
11 special sign regulations have been established, specific
regulations shall be determined by comparison with use
12 designations as set forth in Sections 34.00, 35.00,
36.00 ~nd 37.00.
'This Ordinance to be in effect 30 days from date of

adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City

Council of the City of Tustin, California, held on the _15th day of July, 1968.
