AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA,
PREZONING PROPERTY ON APPLICATION NO. PZ 68-108
The City Council of the City of Tustin, California, does ordain
as follows:

~ 1. The City Council finds and determines:

a) That proper prezoning proceedings were commenced by the
. ~ Planning Commission for prezoning the properties described
in Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by
8 this reference.
9 b) The Planning Commission has duly ca].led, noticed and held
a public hearing on said prezoning.

c) The Planning Commission duly recommended against prezoning
11' of said properties.
~2 . d) The City Council duly called, notice~ and held a public
hearing on said prezonlng.
e) That said properties should be' prezoned.

2. The subject properties are hereby prezoned, to be effective

upon completion of proceedings annexing s~jj properties tJ the City of ~stin,

to the R-~ (Suburban Residential) Zone, and the Zoning Map of the City of
~ Tust~n is amended accordingly.
