PROPERTY OF STUTSMAN ON APPLICATION NO. ZC-68~169
The City Council of the City of Tustin, California, does ordain
as follows:

~ 1). The City Council finds and determines as follows:

a) That a proper.application (No. ZC 68-169) was filed
6 on-behalf of STUTSMAN for fezcuing to the R-D (1750)
(Multiple Residential, 1750 square feet per dwelling
V unit) of the property described as the Southwesterly
3D0 feet of the Northwesterly one-half of Lot
8 Block 11 of the Irvine Subdivision per M.R.M. 1-88.
! 9 b) That the Planning Commission duly recommended approval
of said application after public hearing duly called,
