REZONING PROPERTY ON APPLICATION NO. Z.C.
5 68-172 OF THE IRVINE COMPANY
4 The C. ity Council of the Ci.t.y of Tustin, Cal.ifornia, do.ej~-
.5 ordain as follows: ·
6 1) The City Council findg and d'etermines as follows:
V a) That a proper application (No. Z.C. 68-172) was
filed on behalf of The Irvine Co. for rezoning
8 to the PC (Planned Community-Industrial) Zone,
and adoption of planned industrial standards of
9 the property described in Exhibit A attached here'
and incorporated herein by this reference.

ll b) That the Planning Commission duly recommended
approval of said application,. after public hear-
12 ing duly called, noticed and held.
13 c) The City Council duly called, noticed and held a
public hearing on said application.
15 2) The subject property is hereby rezoned to the PC
· 16 (Planned Community-Industrial) Zone, and the planned industrial
1V standards as submitted are approved and adopted, and the Zoning Map
18 of the City of Tustin ~ended accordingly.
