AMENDING THE TUSTIN CITY CODE RELATIVE TO

5 ordain as -follows:
~ Section 4-1 of the ~stin City Code is hereby ~nended
V by ~e amendment of Section 41.071 of the Codified Ordinances of
8 the County of Orange~ which are incorporated by reference in this
9 Section, to read ~s follows:
10 Section 41.071. Vicious animals.
11 Whenever an animal suspected of being vicious is
reported, the Poun&master sh~ll investigate the circusd-

the acts or shown a disposition or propensity to do any

this Article and the animal or reptile shall be subject
