· AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALI-
~ FORNIA, AMENDING THE TUSTIN AREA GENERAL
PLAN.
The City Council of the City of Tustin, California, doe

.. 1) The City Council finds an~ determines as 'follows.:
a) That proper proceedings were regularly commencec
B for the amendment of the Tustin Area General
Plan by the change to Heavy Density Residential
9 (25 units per acre) of the property bounded by
Fourth Street on the north, North "B" Street on
~0 the east, First Street on the south, and North
"A" Street on the west.
b) That the Planning Commission r. egularly recom-
12 mended said amendment after a public hearing wa~<
duly called noticed 'and held.
c) That the City Council duly called, noticed .and
~4 held a public hearing on said proposed amendment
~5 d) That the Tustin Area General Plan should be so
~ amended. -
