HomeMy WebLinkAboutORD 395 (1968) ORDINANCE NO. 395 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, REZONING PROPERTY OF GREENWOOD AND WINDOLPH, ON APPLICATION NO. ZC 68-170 The City Council of the City of Tustin, California, does ordain a s follow s: 1) The City Council finds and determines: a) That a proper application (NQ. ZC 68-170) ~as filed on behalf of GREE~VOOD AND WINDOLPH, for rezoning to the R-3 (Multiple Residential) Zone, the property described in Exhibit A attached hereto and inc'or- pOrated herein. b) That the Planning Commission regularly recommended rezoning to the R~3 Zone of said property, after public hearing duly called, noticed and held. c) The City Council duly called, noticed and held a public hearing on said application. 2. The subject property is hereby rezoned to the R-3 (Multiple Residential) Zone and the Zoning Map is amended accordingly. PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Tustin, California, held on the 6th day of May, 1968.
