AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSFIN, CALIFORNIA,
3 REZONING PROPERTY ON APPLICATION NO. PZ 68-106
OF MULLIN AND BORCHARD

The City Council of the City of Tustin, California,
does ordain as follows:
1. The City Council finds and determines ss follows:

s) That rezoning procedures were regularly
initiated on Application No. PZ 68-106 of

MULLIN AND BORCHARD of property described
in Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated
herein by this reference.
14 b) That t~e Planning CSmmission regularly
1B recommended rezoning to the M (IndustrisI)
16 Zone, after public hearing duly called,
1V noticed and held.
18 c) That the City Council duly called, noticed
19 and held a public hearing on said application°
20 d) That the subject property has, since the
~l commencemen~ of these proceedings, been
~ annexed to the City of Tustino
~ 2. The subject property is hereby rezoned to the M
~4 (Industrial) ZOne, and the zoning map amended accordingly.
~8 3- This Ordinance shall be in effect 30 days from
