AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, REZONING
PROPERTY OF CHRISTESON ON APPLICATION NO.. ZC 68-167
. The City Council of the City of Tustin, California, does ordain
aS.follows:
l) The City Council finds and determines:
a) That a proper application (No. ZC 68-167) was filed
on behalf of CHRISTESON, for rezoning to the R-3
(Multiple Residential) Zone, the property described
as:
Portion of Lot 48, Block ll of the Irvine
$ubdivision, as Recorded in M.M., Book l,
Page 88 of Orange County, California.
b) That the Planning Commission regularly recommended
rezoning to the R-3-1750 Zone of said property, after
public hearing duly called, noticed and 'held':
c) The City Council duly called,'~oticed and held a public
hearing on said application.
2. The subject property is hereby rezoned to the R-3-1750 (Multiple
Residential, 1750 square feet per dwelling unit) Zone, and the Zoning Map is
amended aCcbrdingly.
3. This Ordinance shall be in effect 30 days from date of
adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Tustin, California, held on the 6th day of May 1968.

the 15th day of April, 1968, and was given its second reading and
duly passed and adopted at a regular meeting held on the 6th day of
May, 1968, by the following vote:
