AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA,
REZONING PROPERTY OF G.L.A. DEVELOPMENT COMPANY
ON APPLICATION NO. Z.C.68-168.
The City of Tustin, California, does hereby ordain
as follows:
1. After public hearing duly called, noticed and held by
the City Council, and upon recommendation of the Planning Commission
regularly made, the property of' G.L.A. DEVELOPMENT COMPANy, described as:
Lot-12, Tomas Yorba Tract as shown on map filed in
Record of Survey, Book 1, Page 33, Orange County,
Excepting therefrom the South 249.8 feet of said lot 12.
is hereby rezoned from the R-1 (single family) zone to the R-3
(multiple residential) zone, and the zoning map of the City of Tustin is
hereby amended accordingly.
2. This Ordinance shall be in effect 30 days from date
of adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council
of the City of Tustin, held on the 15th day of April, 1968
