AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITYOF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA,
REZONING PROPERTY OF BORCHARD ON APPLICATION
NO. Z.C 68-166.
The City Council of the City of Tustin, California, does
ordain as follows:
1. After public hearing duly called, noticed and held,
by the City Council, and upon the regular recommendation of the Planning
Commission, the property of BORCHARD, described as:
Being a portion of Lot H, of the Stafford and Tustin
Tract, Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County,
Book 2, pages 618 and 619. Records of Los Angeles
County, California.
is hereby rezoned from the U (Unclassified) District to the R-3 (Multiple
Family Residential) District, and the zoning Map of the City of Tustin is
hereby amended accordingly.
2. This Ordinance shall be in effect 30 days from date
of adoption.
-PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council
of the City of Tustin, California, held on the 1st day of April 1968.
