AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, REZONING
PROPERTY ON APPLICATION NO. Z.C. 68-165 OF KESPERIAN
FOUNDATION, LTD
The City Council of the City of Tustin, does ordain as follows:
1. The City-Council of the City of Tustin, California,. finds and
determines:
a) That a proper application (No. Z.C. 68-165) was filed on
behalf of the Hesper[an Foundation, Ltd. for a cba~ge of
zone of the property described in Exhibit A attached
hereto and ~ncorporated' herein by this reference.
b) That the P!ann[ng COmmission duly called, noticed and
held a public ,hearing on said Application, and
recommended said proposed zone change.
c)That the City Council duly called, noticed and held a
public hearing on said proposed zone change.
2. The aforesaid property is hereby changed from the C-2
(Central Commercial) Zone to the R-3 (Multiple Residential) Zone, and
the Zoning Map of the City of Tustin ~s amended accordingly.
3. This Ordinance to be in effect 30 days after the .date
of adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Tust[u~ California, held on the 4th day of March, 1968.
