AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, REZONING
PROPERTY ON APPLICATION NO. Z.C. 68-164 OF GARDEN LAND
COMPANY, LTD.
The. City Council of the City of Tustin, does ordain as follows:
1~ The City Council of the City of Tustin, California.~ finds
and determines:
a) That a proper application (NO. Z. C. 68,164) was filed on
behalf of Garden Land Company, Ltd. forchange~.of zone
of the ~property described in'Exhibit A attached hereto
and.incorporated herein by this reference.
b) That the Planning Commission duly called, noticed and
held a public hearing on said Application, and recommends
said proposed zone change.
c) That the City Council duly called, noticed and held a
public hearing on said proposed zone change.
2. The aforesaid property is hereby changed from thePD 3500
(Planned Development, 3500 sq. ft. per dweIling unit) to R-3 (Multiple
Residential) District, and the Zoning Map of the City of Tustin is
amended accordingly.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council
of the City of Tustin, California, held on ithe 4th day of March, 1968.
