AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA,
REZONING PROPERTY ON APPLICATION NO. Z.C. 67-162

.~ 4 The City Council of the City of Tustin does ordain as
5 follows x
6 1. The City Council of the City of Tustin, California,
V finds and determines t
8 a) That a proper application (No; Z.C. 67-162) was
filed on behalf of ClAM for change of zone of
9 the property described in Exhibit A attached
hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.
10 b) That the Planning Ccxnmission duly called, noticed
11 and held a public hearing on said Application,
and recommended said proposed zone change.
12 c) That the City Council duly called, noticed and
! 13 held a public hearing on said proposed zone chang,
14 2. The aforesaid property is hereby changed from the
15 C-1-P (Retail Commercial and Combined Parking)' Zone, to the R-3
16 (Multiple Residential) Zone, and the Zoning Map of the City of
17 Tustin is amended accordingly-
